I've now had Ramos Multi-Cleaning Service do two jobs, one commercial cleaning at my office, and they deep cleaned a garage (it was filthy) shortly after we moved into a new house. I have to say, you will not find a more professional service with better attention to detail. At both jobs the crew showed up early and were incredibly thorough, they look at things from angles you wouldn't think to look at and they get everything - when they're done the space doesn't just look cleaner, it feels incredible. I will say they are not the cheapest service around, but when they are done you will know you got your money's worth, and I would honestly pay above what they charge for the quality of the work they do. The owner and the service manager were both onsite for both jobs and did an excellent job supervising their staff as well as doing a lot of the cleaning themselves. The service manager is great at communicating and accommodating any requests, and he asked great questions about the spaces, especially the office, and coached his team on what could and couldn't be moved and cleaned and was very respectful of computer equipment and paperwork. I stayed onsite the whole job but I could tell very quickly this is the kind of crew you can give a key to your home or office and head out for the day with nothing to worry about. We are very pleased with ODP’s expert work, friendly, hard-working, and courteous crews, flexibility, attention to detail, and overall the very professional job. A special shout-out to Pablo for his frequent communication with us keeping us informed about the project process and making sure the project went smoothly and stayed on schedule, and to Marcelo for his hard and beautiful expert work. When the sun shines through the windows just right, all we see is perfectly smooth ceilings with no lumps, bumps or ridges. Perfect! After carefully removing the popcorn ceiling texture ourselves, we hired Ojeda Drywall and Painting (ODP) to skim-coat and paint 1,500 s.f. of ceilings in our 2-story house. ODP was very courteous & flexible from the first visit (to estimate the job) to the very end of cleanup. Timing was a concern and ODP was very accommodating to weave the multi-step work around our schedule into a compact timeline (keeping in mind that it takes time to let the mud and paint dry between coats). All surfaces were meticulously protected from the front door to the work area and clean-up was done before the crew left for the day. The skim coating (Level 5) was expertly done and they took the extra effort to leave crisp corners at the wall-ceiling joint.
